Make documents clearer and more attractive by inserting and formatting text boxes, shapes, WordArt, pictures, symbols, special characters, equations and tables in LibreOffice Writer or Microsoft Word.
Create, save and open a spreadsheet; find your way around the window; enter, select and format data in cells, rows and columns; manage worksheets and keep headings in view; calculate with arithmetic operators; and sort and filter lists in LibreOffice Calc or Microsoft Excel.
Build formulas that combine several operators; use relative, absolute and mixed references and data from other worksheets; apply mathematical, logical, text and counting functions; and highlight results with conditional formatting.
Identify the devices, cables, wireless links and network devices that make up a computer network, choose the right medium and device for a job, and use social media safely, ethically and productively.
Plan a game with a design table, then program sprites, backdrops, scores, lives and rising difficulty in Scratch, reading and debugging scripts built from Events, Motion, Looks, Control, Sensing, Variables and Operators blocks.
