Questions school leaders ask

Is Ganzaa only for schools in Rwanda?

No. Any school, in any country, can use Ganzaa. Your teachers can build your own curriculum on it: grades, subjects, units, lessons and questions. The ready-made lessons and practice exams follow Rwanda's competence-based curriculum (CBC), and schools there can use them from day one. The platform is in English today.

Can we use our own curriculum?

Yes. Your academic staff create your own grades, subjects, units, lessons and practice questions, and they stay private to your school. The AI can draft a lesson or a set of questions for a teacher to check and edit.

What does it cost?

Schools pay per student per month, on three plans: Essential, Professional and Premium. The pricing page shows the prices in your currency (US dollars, euros, pounds, Kenyan shillings, naira, Rwandan francs and more). A demo costs nothing.

How long does it take to start?

A school can be live within two weeks. There is nothing to install and no new hardware to buy: Ganzaa runs in the web browser. We set up your school's space, and you import your students from an Excel or CSV file and invite your teachers by email.

Do students need an email address?

No. When you import students from Excel or CSV, Ganzaa creates a username and a starting password for each one, and you hand those out in class.

What devices does it work on?

Any phone, tablet or computer with a modern web browser. It can be added to the home screen and then opens like an app.

Can parents see their child's progress?

Yes. A parent sees their child's learning time, lessons finished, average score, minutes per subject and today's plan, and can message the school's teachers if the school allows it.

Is Ganzaa a school management system for fees and attendance?

No. Ganzaa is for teaching and learning: lessons, practice, assignments, marks, live quizzes and progress for students, teachers, parents and school leaders. It does not handle fees, attendance or timetables, so it works alongside the system you already use for those.

Is our school's data private?

Each school has its own private space. Its members see only their own school's people, lessons and results. There are no ads. You can export your results to Excel or CSV at any time.
