How to use the whiteboard
- Pick the pen and a colour, and write — with a mouse, a finger or a stylus.
- Choose White or Black (a chalkboard) and a background: grid, graph paper, dots, ruled lines or handwriting lines.
- Draw lines, arrows, rectangles, circles and triangles — solid, dashed or dotted. Hold Shift for a perfect square, circle or 45° line.
- Press Select (V) to pick up what you drew: drag it, recolour it, duplicate it or delete it.
- Add pages as the lesson goes on, then download the page as a PNG or every page as one PDF.
What it does
- A white board or a green-black chalkboard — dark ink turns to chalk when you switch
- Pen, highlighter, and an eraser that rubs out only what it touches
- Lines, arrows, double arrows, rectangles, circles and triangles, solid, dashed or dotted
- Select, move, recolour, duplicate, copy and paste what you drew
- Grid, graph paper, dots, ruled, narrow-ruled and handwriting backgrounds
- Up to 20 pages, undo and redo, and full screen for the projector
- PNG of a page or a PDF of every page; your board stays in this browser between visits
Questions
Can I use it on a phone, tablet or smartboard?
Yes. Draw with a finger, a stylus or a mouse. Once a stylus has touched the board, a resting palm no longer draws. Full screen fills a projector or smartboard.
Is my drawing saved?
It is kept in this browser on this device, so reloading the page or coming back later brings your board back. It is not uploaded anywhere — download a PDF to keep or share a copy.
Can I make it a blackboard?
Yes — press Black. The board turns chalkboard green-black and dark ink becomes white chalk, with the colours lightened to stay readable.
What are the keyboard shortcuts?
V select, P pen, H highlighter, E eraser, L line, A arrow, R rectangle, O circle, T triangle. Ctrl+Z undoes, Ctrl+Y redoes, Delete removes what is selected, and Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V copy and paste.
Is it free?
Yes — free, with no account and nothing to install.
