Draw and teach on the whiteboard

Step 1: Go to ganzaa.org/tools/whiteboard, or choose Whiteboard from the wrench.

Step 2: The Pen is ready. Pick a colour and a size (Thin, Medium or Thick), then write with a mouse, a finger or a stylus.

Step 3: Use the Highlighter to mark over writing. Use the Eraser to rub out the part you pass over.

Step 4: For shapes, choose Line, Arrow, Double arrow, Rectangle, Circle or Triangle, then drag on the board. Hold Shift for a perfect square or circle, or a line at 45°.

Step 5: Choose Solid line, Dashed line or Dotted line for the style of your lines and shapes.

Step 6: Press Black for a chalkboard, or White to go back. Use the Background list to choose Plain, Grid, Graph paper, Dots, Lines, Narrow lines or Handwriting.

Step 1: Press Select and move, or the V key.

Step 2: Tap a drawing to select it, or drag a box around several. Hold Shift and tap to add or remove one.

Step 3: Drag the selection to move it. Pick a colour, size or line style to change it.

Step 4: Press Duplicate to copy it, or Delete to remove it.

Step 5: Press Undo or Redo to step back or forward. Clear this page wipes the page, and Undo brings it back.

Step 1: Press New page (the + button) to add a page.

Step 2: Use Previous page and Next page to move between pages. The counter shows which page you are on, for example 2 / 3.

Step 3: To remove a page, press Delete this page, then press Delete? to confirm. This can't be undone.

Step 1: Press PNG to download the page you are on as a picture.

Step 2: Press PDF to download every page that has something on it, as one PDF.

Step 3: For the projector, press Full screen. Press it again to exit full screen.
