Reset a forgotten password
Forgot your password? Ganzaa emails you a reset code. Type it in and choose a new password. The code works for 30 minutes.

Step 1: Open Sign In and tap Forgot your password?.
Step 2: Type your email in Your Email Address and tap Send Reset Code.
Step 3: Open the email from Ganzaa. Type the code in Enter OTP Code exactly as written, with its capital letters. Tap Verify Code.
Step 4: Type a new password of at least 8 characters in New Password, and again in Confirm New Password.
Step 5: Tap Reset Password. Ganzaa signs you in with your new password.
