Lesson 3 of 3
20 min
Let's begin
Byiringiro has the ball. He keeps it all the time.
His friends wait and wait. They feel sad.
What can Byiringiro do, so everyone has fun?

Grown-up: read this aloud. Show each move first. Then do it together.
You need: one soft ball for each group.
Stand in a circle. Pass the ball from hand to hand.
Say your friend's name as you give it. "Here, Ishimwe!"
Now pass it the other way.
Fair play means playing in a kind and honest way.
Sit in a circle. Roll the ball to a friend across the circle.
Choose a friend who has not had it yet. When everyone has had a turn, cheer together!
One child is the catcher. The catcher touches you gently on the shoulder. Then you freeze with your arms out.
A friend can free you with a high five. Help each other!
Sit in the circle. Give a high five to the friends next to you.
Say "Good game!" Breathe in and out slowly.
Warning
Safety first! Tag with a soft touch on the shoulder. Never push or pull a friend.
